Non-conventional Christmas Food

And now it's time for the traditional Christmas Morning breakfast quiche, from the leftover traditional Christmas Eve quiche.

I had some christmas ham, but I wanted to do something interesting with it, so ended up having Christmas Eve Ham & Cheese Quiche. It was tasty. And there is more! Mm!

It actually turned out pretty good, since I pretty much made up the recipe.

Mostly it involved taking giant thing of ham, chopping it into cubes, shredding the cheddar we had (5 year old, leftover from the party), and adding some shallots, to eggs and cream. Jeremy made me a pie crust for it.

It actually turned out almost perfect! :)
