Diamond Dave was awesome twenty years ago. I don't know how I feel about him now. I do have a love of the Hagar that many seem to lack, though. :) So my answer is sort of "Old Dave, new Sammy"?

I'm impressed that DLR can still rock out, then. He just seems so damn decrepit I didn't think he still had it. ;)

DLR is god of godly god men. Hagar was okay but it was a totally different band. What's interesting about Van Halen now is how Roth is mostly tame now, while Eddie's become a giant asshole.

Can go either way on AC/DC, they're both good.
