"It means saving sex 'till marriage."

...or, the less likely, "Italians saving sex till marriage."

Ah. Yes.

(Sorry, I guess I don't expect people not to know what "chastity" means, but of course, you're right.)

We were wondering if your legal department had any opinions about an advertisement which uses an old Pepsi slogan as its tagline, "It's the Choice of a New Generation".

These ads have been on Grand River Transit buses for at least the last year, and probably longer.

You can see a blog posting with a photo of the ad, which you can click for a closeup, at:
http://chezmax.livejournal.com/607059.html

I'd love to hear back from you, even if the decision from your legal department is that you don't care.

Sincerely yours,
/s

After submitting the form, they say I should receive a response within one working day. Can't wait!

Heh. I happen to know someone that wants to make a bunch of stickers that say "to" and place them over top of the commas on those posters.

Chastity! Our parental delusion about what you're doing with your teenage life, being too embarrassed to talk to you ourselves about sex, pregnancy and the possibility of serious disease.

Just don't do it.

Re: chastity definition -
chastity is the conscious decision to forego sexual relations indefinitely, typically for spiritual/purity purposes (i.e. the parental delusion kind of fits, though abstinence is usually the word used for this)

Silly parents, the sooner you accept that your children are already having more action than you've seen in 20 years, the easier it'll be on all of you.
