[Locals] Garage Space Rental

Does anyone local to me have a bit of garage space they'd be willing to rent (or lend, if they're feeling exceptionally kind) me for to store my motorcycle in for the winter?

I need about 2.5m by 1m in space, and protected from the elements (salt, snow, blustering wind :)
