Subways of the world I've ridden
Canada:
US (I missed going on the Chicago systems and the S.F. MUNI when I was in those cities):
England:
Japan:
Got at b3co.com
I'm not entirely sure why Hiroshima is listed as having a subway, when at most it has trams/streetcars. I made a point of hitting as many subways as possible in Japan. :) You can hover over the images to see the cities they go with. 12 systems so far, not bad. :)

I don't think it's supposed to include LRT.

It just seems uneven.

And there are two Chicagos? There's only one subway/metro system, the El, which is run by the CTA. There's also METRA, but it's commuter rail and not listed at all. So there could be two, but not the two they have, which are two names for the same thing. o.O

And they might include the RER because it does apparently go underground in the city. Who knows...

But still, the train configuration and schedule are more regional in nature, even if you can take it across the city. It's like riding the GO from Etobicoke to Scarborough, which you can't do without changing trains at Union, but for argument's sake, pretend you could.
