Puzzles!

Every week a new puzzle. The first few were mathematical, this week is a classic cipher puzzle. If you've got a few hours to kill, it's a neat way to spend some time. I'm working on it now. Getting it into a useful form will be fun...
In other news, happy winter solstice. For me, today is important because it is the shortest day, and I am looking forward to the longer days! YAY!
[Update: I just finsihed it. Fun dress code. That was very satisfying when I finished :)]
