I just got issued a new boarding pass because the one they issued me in Toronto is for a seat that doesn't exist. Apparently on this plane (a 767) row 17 doesn't exist. Oops?

This is also by far the largest plane I've been on. The first class area has like... Pods. Then there's a.. Business class area... And back here in cattle class, the seats are in a 2/3/2 arrangement. The only planes I'd been in before were a 3/3 or 2/3 arrangement.

And I seem to have a headache. I don't know whether its ftom lack of sleep (I was so giddy, I only got about 2 hours), lack of caffeine, sinus pressure, pressure changes, or all of the above.

These planes have seatback entertainment systems, where I can choose from a list of about a dozen movies to watch, which is nice.

Gah. I have to sit in this seat for 11 hours...

Boy is that familiar. I've done 3/4/3 rows several times. Scary huge!

I can't decide if 1/2 on a Twin Otter or 1/1 on a B1200 (?) turboprop is worse...

On my flight to Singapore and back, I watched all the movies I was interested in, and then learned enough Japanese kanji to play their mahjong game.

Because of the environmental controls for the cabin, you can become extremely dehydrated in an airplane...especially when you spend long periods of time in it. The pressure doesn't help...and of course the environment provided by the cabin is not natural.

These all stress your system and can cause headaches.

3/5/3 is AWESOME when the plane's not full and you can stretch out and sleep in the 5s zone. Heh heh heh...

I've been a couple of those. It's frightening that they get off the group.
